This troubleshooting guide is designed to solve simple problems concerning our equipment. Generally, these easy fixes are the solutions for most problems we encounter with our equipment. If these steps do not solve your problem, please contact our Tech Support Hotline at 888-TELEHOLD. When contacting us, please be sure to give us your name, company name, telephone number and location address of the problem unit.

To help you get started, first identify the type of equipment you are using. If you use an audiocassette to download your messages, your unit is manufactured by Premier Technologies. Please select the Premier Link. If your messages are downloaded remotely via a telephone line, your equipment is manufactured by Nel-Tech Labs. Please make this choice for further instructions. (Note: You can find the equipment in the telecommunications room next to your phone system)
